退換貨政策

Refunds are available for online purchases under the following circumstances:

• The product has a manufacturing defect or issue.
• The product received does not match the product you ordered.

If the refund conditions are met, please contact us within seven days of receiving the product to submit a refund application. Please provide the order number, photos of the product, and the reason for the refund. We will contact you as soon as possible after receiving your application and guide you through the further refund process.

Once the refund application is approved, we will process your refund within fourteen working days after receiving the returned item. The refund amount and procedure will be processed according to your original payment method.

• If the product needs to be returned, please ensure that the product is kept in its original complete condition, and return all accessories and packaging together.
• Unless the product has a manufacturing defect or issue, the return shipping cost will be borne by yourself.

Our company reserves the right to refuse any application that fails to comply with the refund policy.
